The location of the resort is ideal with plenty of quality restaurants in the surroundings, such as the Parilla Natural Steakhouse and its delicious Passion Mojito. You can also enjoy Italian cuisine at the restaurant on the Praca. the great dining options, there are also extra facilities like a supermarket and tennis courts available within the resort.
One drawback is the lack of basic customer service, as mentioned by a previous guest. They had to go to the store themselves to get more coffee capsules, and there was no laundry detergent provided.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all the facilities we needed. The resort itself was amazing, with great bars and restaurants. The location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to the bus stop and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful villa - big enough for 6 of us, with a comfortable and homely feel. The resort bus service was brilliant - enabling 6 of us to travel to the beach and the Praça daily for free. Restaurants were great too, especially Sandbanks and Cantina del Oro. Can’t wait to return!

The experience at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive, the ultimate in relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided top-notch service and the beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi and sauna were exceptional. the spa facilities, including massages, facial treatments and body scrubs, were first class. the location advantage was a big plus, as we had direct access to the private beachfront with sun loungers and beach umbrellas set up, allowing us to enjoy our days on the sand to the fullest.
this did not spoil our overall experience, as we enjoyed the many other exclusive amenities the hotel had to offer.
